Stonewall Lodge Policies & Regulations

Stonewall Lodge is a place where we can come together to connect with one another, to enjoy the outdoors and to relax. We have established some policies for safety and enjoyment. Please review them below:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind in any room or cabin. A $250 cleaning charge will be assessed if any room or cabin smells like smoke. If you do smoke, small buckets with sand are on the porches. No butts should be left on grounds. Throwing cigarette butts anywhere but the buckets could start a fire!

Playground

  • Stonewall Lodge & RV Park is NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that might occur at any time in or on the playground or basketball court area.
  • All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Playground is reserved for Stonewall Lodge & RV Park guests ONLY.
  • Playground hours are from 8:00 AM until dusk.

Pavilion

  1. Pavilion is registered for Stonewall guests.
  2. Exclusive use of pavilion will be $100 and made with staff or online in advance only.
    1. All food and trash to be removed by 9:00 PM or when use of pavilion is completed and taken to the dumpster behind the Adobe building. Staff will provide code to dumpster upon check in.
    2. Please replace trash bags with new liners found under the sink.
    3. Wipe off tables, kitchen area, etc. and sweep floors.
    4. Clean and shut off propane on grills.
    5. Turn off all lights.
    6. A $100 clean up charge will be added to your pavilion reservations charge if these policies are not followed.
  3. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.

For your protection – Bear Protection

  1. NO tent camping!
  2. Do NOT leave coolers or food on the porch or in your cars.
  3. Do NOT approach any wild animals at any time!
  4. Clean your fish at the lake.
  5. All trash must be thrown in trash cans by Pavillion by 7pm.

Fire Pit Users

  1. Check with office staff for any burn bans that may be in effect before starting a fire.
  2. Stonewall Lodge and RV Park is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring while using the fire pit.
  3. Marshmallow and hot dog prongs are for everyone’s use. Enjoy!
  4. Please make sure grate is covering flame when you leave.
  5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.

Guests, Family Reunions, or Large Parties

  1. Facilities are restricted to guests of Stonewall Lodge & RV Park unless Pavillion has been rented specifically for a guest hosted event.
  2. All guests are required to leave by 10:00 PM each day.
  3. Any incident deemed unsafe or unruly to our guests will be reported to the Sheriff’s office and you and your party may be asked to leave.

Dogs

All dogs MUST be declared when booking lodge rooms. Any dogs found in lodge rooms without staff approval will result in a $150 charge.

  1. $50 one time fee per dog. (2 dog limit)
  2. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
  3. Dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms or cabins at any time.
  4. Dog owner is responsible for payment of any or all damages.
  5. Dog owner is responsible for any problems to other guests, including Medical Attention.
  6. Any agressive behavior from dogs will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
  7. Dog owner MUST clean up after dog(s). Put all waste in bags and into trash bins by Pavillion.
  8. Stonewall Lodge & RV Park has NO responsibility for any accidents involving guest dog(s).

Changes to Reservations

If you arrive later or shorten your stay form your original reservation, you will be charged the full amount, unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If we are able to rebook, we will refund the whole amount.

We DO NOT have public restrooms or bath houses. Laundry facilities are located next to the Shopping Bag and cost $2 per load. Please bring quarters as we typically do not have extra on hand.
