Our Policies

• Credit cards are required to "hold" a reservation.
• Prices are based on double occupancy. An additional charge for each person 6 and older.
• This is a non-smoking lodge indoors. (A $100 cleaning charge will be added to your credit card if you smoke in a room. (Manager's discretion)
• Check in: 3:00 p.m Check out: 10:00 a.m.
• Pets may be permitted if arrangements are made at the time of reservations. There is a fee for each pet.

Cancellation Policy

• The full cost of the reservation will be charged to the "holding" credit card if not cancelled with the required times:
  1. A 14 day advanced notification is required from date of arrival.
  2. A 60 day notification is required for holidays, conferences, weddings and special events.
  3. A $20 daily processing fee will be charged for all cancellations held for 2 weeks or more.
  4. If you arrive later or shorten your stay from your agreed upon original reservation, you will be charged for the entire amount. If we are able to rebook, we will credit your card as appropriate.
